Dr Wangyang Wu, lecturer at School of Earth Sciences, ECUT, obtained his doctor degree in Physical Geography from Beijing Normal University in June of 2019. His primary research interest is land degradation and ecological restoration. By now, he has participated in three national research projects, and been in charge of one provincial project. He owns two national patents for invention, and has published almost twelve research papers in core journals. He has been working on tourism planning and designing, and teaching two courses namely Tourism Planning and Designing, Landscape Culture, and undertaking geo-tourism integrative practice for undergraduate students.
